Atlas Construction Group provides residential remodeling services — including bathroom remodeling, shower and tub installation, window replacement, door installation, roofing, and concrete & masonry — as described on this website throughout Hanover, Harrisburg, York, and the surrounding South Central Pennsylvania area. Specific service availability is determined per project following a free in-home estimate.
All published pricing ranges on this website are estimates for typical projects in the South Central PA market. Final pricing is provided in writing after a free in-home estimate confirms scope. A signed written quote constitutes the binding price for the work described. Financing, where offered, is provided through third-party lending partners subject to their approval and terms.
Appointments may be cancelled or rescheduled by phone or email at least 48-hour before the scheduled start without charge. Cancellations inside the 48-hour window may incur a $50 fee at Company's discretion.
Company provides a 1-year workmanship warranty on installations. Material/product warranties from manufacturers apply per the manufacturer's published terms.
The warranty covers defects in workmanship under normal use. It does NOT cover damage from misuse, normal wear, ground movement, third-party alterations, or neglect of recommended maintenance.
Company pulls required permits and arranges municipal inspections where applicable. Permit fees are passed through at cost. If a municipal authority requires additional work or fees not foreseeable at quoting, Company will notify the customer before proceeding and may issue a change order.
Payment terms are stated on each written quote. Standard residential projects require a deposit at scheduling and the balance due on completion, or financed monthly payments through an approved lending partner. We accept major credit cards, ACH, check, and approved financing.
Company's total liability for any claim arising from work performed is limited to the amount paid by the customer for that work. Company is not liable for consequential damages including lost rent, lodging, or business interruption, except where caused by Company's gross negligence or wilful misconduct.
